You agree that we and our service providers may contact you using an autodialer or prerecorded message as well as texts to carry out the purposes we have identified above. We may share your phone number(s) with service providers with whom we contract to assist us in pursuing these interests but will not share your phone number(s) with third parties for their own purposes without your consent. Standard telephone minute and text charges may apply. We and our service providers will not use autodialed or prerecorded messages or texts to contact you for marketing purposes at the telephone number(s) you designate unless we receive your prior express written consent.

If you provide an e-mail address to Americollect, or any employee of Americollect, you are giving Americollect express permission to contact you at the e-mail address provided. For your privacy, certain documents may not be available in e-mail form. You may choose to revoke consent to receive e-mails, phone calls or text messages by contacting us at 1-888-303-3634. In the event your phone number or e-mail address changes, it is your responsibility to notify our office of the change.

We may share personal information with service providers including, but not limited to, payment processing, mailing, information verification, litigation, managing and enhancing customer data, improving our product and services.

The services, including any updates and/or addition of new accounts, are subject to the terms of use. This website has been prepared and is maintained solely for the purpose of providing information about Americollect, Inc. and the payment options offered by the company. Americollect, Inc. reserves the right to add, modify, or delete any information on this website, at any time, with or without notice.

For California consumers, Americollect, Inc. (Americollect) collects consumer personal information for the purpose of collecting debts as requested by Americollect’s clients. We obtain information through our interactions with you and from the clients we serve.

Please be aware that Americollect does not sell personal information.
Americollect may collect your information as part of servicing medical debt collections which falls under one or more of the following categories of personal information as defined by the law: account name; address; age; alias; any other financial information; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; bank account number; commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services; cookies/beacons/pixel tags, etc.; credit card/debit card number; device ID; disability; driver’s license or state/government ID number; email address; employment information; gender/gender identity; geolocation data; insurance policy information; Internet activity (e.g. browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement); IP address; marital status; medical or health identifying information; military status; name; signature; online identifier; social security number; date of birth; telephone number; unique identifier.

Any information received from our clients or other sources which fall under Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is excluded by this law. HIPAA has designated certain Protected Health Information (PHI) which may overlap with the earlier identified categories of information which Americollect, Inc. may collect. Examples of PHI are: names; dates (except year); telephone numbers; geographic data; fax numbers; Social Security numbers; email addresses; medical record numbers; account numbers; health plan beneficiary numbers; certificate/license numbers; vehicle identifiers and serial numbers including license plates; web URLs; device identifiers and serial numbers; internet protocol addresses; full face photos and comparable images; biometric identifiers (i.e. retinal scan, fingerprints); any unique identifying number or code.
A resident of the State of California may make a request to know the personal information that Americollect has in its possession with respect to him/herself and the categories of personal information that Americollect collects. A resident of the State of California may also make a request to delete any personal information that Americollect has in its possession with respect to him/herself. A request may be made by an authorized agent. If a consumer uses an authorized agent to make a request, the consumer must provide written permission for Americollect to respond to the authorized agent.
All requests must be verifiable; meaning that there must be enough identification information in the request so that Americollect may confirm that the person making the request is the same person about whom the request concerns. Americollect will verify the request by comparing the identifying information provided in the request with the information in our records. When submitting your request please include your name, mailing address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number so that Americollect can verify and respond to your request.
All requests for information and to delete will be investigated by Americollect. Americollect will respond to your request or notify you if it cannot verify your request.
Americollect will not discriminate against any consumer because a consumer made a request set forth in this policy.

Massachusetts Residents: NOTICE OF IMPORTANT RIGHTS: You have the right to make a written or oral request that telephone calls regarding your debt not be made to you at your place of employment. Any such oral request will be valid for only ten days unless you provide written confirmation of the request postmarked or delivered within seven days of such request. You may terminate this request by writing to the debt collector.

Minnesota Residents: This collection agency is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. If this debt is healthcare related and you

New Mexico Residents: If you received medical services in New Mexico, then additional billing information is available upon request, including; the date, amount and nature of charges; if the patient is verified as having health insurance; if the health care facility screened the patient for programs that assist with health care costs and if the health care facility or third-party health care provider has billed or will bill insurance or public programs that may assist with health care costs for the services provided.

Americollect offers limited language translation services, in Spanish, and may have Spanish speaking agents available by telephone.
